Return Eligibility

In the event that you wish to return an item, you have a 7-day window from the date you received it to initiate the return process. To qualify for a return, please ensure the following criteria are met:

  • The item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it.

  • The item should be returned in its original packaging.

Handling Damaged Items

If the product or packaging has suffered damage, please take a picture and email it to us at LizRenayShop@gmail.com. We will review the situation and make it right.

Proof of Purchase

To facilitate the return process, remember to include your receipt with the order number along with the returned item. This helps us quickly verify your purchase and process your return efficiently.

Delays

LizRenayShop will NOT be held responsible for delays in shipment. We can submit claims with the courier to try and get your package moving but will not issue refunds due to delays. If there are no updates on the tracking of your order please send us an email.

Lost, Stolen or NON-Delivered items

If there were issues during transit and package was not successfully delivered feel free to reach out to us! In the case we’re your package is lost, stolen, or sent to the wrong address We do not offer refunds or re-shipments of new products (so, please double check your address, especially apartment numbers!)

All sales are FINALfor GEL POLISH (15ML), Gel Liners (5G), Custom press-on nails and all items that are on SALE.
